01.What these Terms cover
These Terms of Use govern the Kaal Dhwani official smart link and listening pages at listen.kaaluniverse.tech, the approval and publishing pages under kaaluniverse.tech, and the Kaal Dhwani Publisher application described in section 06. By opening any of these pages or interacting with any part of them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
The main Kaal Dhwani website, community (Sabha), Forge, support payments and accounts are governed by the full Terms and Conditions at kaaluniverse.com. Where the two documents overlap, the kaaluniverse.com document controls for those services.
02.About Kaal Dhwani
Kaal Dhwani is an independent Hindi dark spiritual cinematic metal music project created and directed by Anmol Sharma. It combines human creative direction, original music concepts, lyrics and visual worldbuilding with AI-assisted tools. AI is used as a creative instrument; human vision, selection, editing and final creative control remain with Kaal Dhwani. Kaal Dhwani is not a record label, charity, investment scheme or guaranteed commercial service.
03.The smart link and listening pages
The smart link lists Kaal Dhwani releases and forwards you to third-party music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and social platforms. Those destinations are operated by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Kaal Dhwani does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content or conduct.
You may use these pages for personal, non-commercial listening and sharing. You must not scrape, mirror, frame, automate, overload, probe, or interfere with the pages, their redirect links, their analytics endpoints, or the servers behind them, and must not use them to generate fake streams, fake engagement or fraudulent traffic.
04.Attribution and analytics
The smart link records limited first-party attribution data described in the Privacy Notice. Optional Meta analytics run only with your consent, which you can reset at any time from that notice. Declining analytics never blocks a listening destination.
05.Copyright and intellectual property
All Kaal Dhwani names, logos, artwork, lyrics, released and unreleased music, videos, visuals, lore, page design and related materials are owned by or licensed to Kaal Dhwani / Anmol Sharma or the applicable rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, remix, train AI models on, upload elsewhere, claim ownership over, or create derivative works from Kaal Dhwani content without written permission. Listening to or viewing content transfers no ownership and grants no commercial licence. Sharing the public smart link itself is welcome.
06.Kaal Dhwani Publisher
Kaal Dhwani Publisher is a private, single-user software tool operated by Kaal Dhwani on its own servers. Its only purpose is to schedule and publish Kaal Dhwani's own music videos and posts to Kaal Dhwani's own accounts on third-party platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube. It is not offered to the public, does not accept content from other creators, and creates no user accounts.
Where a platform requires the tool to sign in through that platform, the tool stores only the access credentials the platform issues for Kaal Dhwani's own account and uses them solely to read that account's basic profile and to publish Kaal Dhwani's own posts and videos to it. No data about other people is collected, and nothing is sold or shared. The connection can be revoked at any time from the platform's own connected-apps settings, after which the stored credentials are deleted. Use of each platform through this tool is also subject to that platform's own terms and community guidelines.
07.Prohibited conduct
- impersonating Kaal Dhwani, Anmol Sharma or any other person;
- hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation or doxxing directed at Kaal Dhwani, its creator, listeners or community;
- malware, hacking, phishing, credential stuffing or attempts to access the approval and publishing pages without authorisation;
- fake streaming, bot traffic, review manipulation or any platform abuse routed through these pages;
- cloning the artist's voice or plagiarising Kaal Dhwani compositions.
08.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The pages and the Kaal Dhwani Publisher tool are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kaal Dhwani does not guarantee uninterrupted access, that any link or platform will remain available, or that content is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaal Dhwani, Anmol Sharma, contributors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, reputational, data, profit or platform-related losses arising from use of these pages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to Kaal Dhwani.
09.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at District Courts Panchkula. Before filing any claim you agree to first contact Kaal Dhwani at contact@kaaluniverse.com and allow reasonable time for good-faith resolution, except where urgent legal relief is required.
10.Changes and contact
Kaal Dhwani may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date and version. For questions, rights notices, privacy requests or legal communication:
